Luis Font has a 25 year career in the Information Technology Industry in various General Management and Consulting positions within international companies and startup companies. Luis worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting for 12 years, enjoying a fast paced and challenging environment. In his years as a consultant, he actively participated in building cutting edge procedures, in the implementation of ERP, CRM and multiple tools to improve the management and productivity of the most vital business processes.


In 1999 he joined AGM The Global Company and became CEO shortly after at the age of 33. The company became one of the largest Internet consulting firms in Spain, moving € 3 million to 15 million euros revenue in the period of a year.

In 2002, he decided to start his business career and became co-founder of the company, NTRglobal. Since then, the company have achieved several outstanding accomplishments: creation of 12 offices worldwide, doubling revenues for 4 years in a row and becoming the European leader in remote support and one of the leading players worldwide.

Luis co-founded Zyncro and Captio. Zyncro is the more flexible social business platforms that offers a new way of working, collaboration, integration, mobility. Captio is one of the most innovative expense management solutions worldwide.

Today, Luis is CEO and Co-Founder of Agile Sales & Marketing Institute together with partner Marc Costafreda. He’s also a Board Member of Kompyte, an online tool to track competitors which is achieving milestones with dramatic speed.


Luis is fluent in several languages including English, French, Spanish and Catalan; he understands Italian perfectly and speaks a little, he’s also able to read German. He’s currently studying Chinese.

In 1989, Luis graduated as a Telecommunications Engineering from La Salle – Ramon Llull University (Barcelona), and earned an MBA from the same university in conjunction with Manhattan College in New York, in 1993, while working full time. He holds an ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certificate, and a Master in Technology Management from RamonLlull University.


On his more academic side, he’s a passionate trainer who loves for his students to learn in a way that’s fun and educational. He teaches various Master’s and Postgraduate programs. In 1993, after returning from the USA, he created the Master’s in Information Technology Management that is still provided today.
