The benefits of SCRUM are multiple

AGILE management is taking the corporate bastions and dethroning the kings of useless planning. SCRUM, one of the greatest secrets of management (says FORBES) and a method invented 20 years ago.

Like all silent revolutions, SCRUM is taking a while to arrive, but is inexorably approaching. It’s emerging from technical departments and being applied to all areas of business management.

But… What makes SCRUM different when it comes to getting the endless project of the FBI computer system finished when other methods have failed? Something very simple:

SHATTER THE LIES WE ALL BELIEVE ABOUT MANAGEMENT AND THAT WE TELL OURSELVES EVERY DAY

I also speak on behalf of myself. I was among those who hyperplanned any activity with time, resources and deadlines, put it into a project management tool and made PERT and GANTT diagrams to have everything controlled to the millimeter.

Then I would behave like a tyrant to ensure that deadlines were met against all odds, and any possible deviation from my magnificent initial plan would give me an anxiety attack.

SCRUM breaks all these paradigms that we invented in the early 20th century

ACCELERATES BUSINESS PROCESSES

IT IS AN EFFECTIVE TEAM MANAGEMENT TOOL

STRUCTURES TIME AND WORK REALISTICALLY

IMPROVES THE PERFORMANCE OF ANY TEAM

SCRUM is a FRAMEWORK for management and software development, based on an iterative and incremental process commonly used in settings based on the development of agile software
